Parking Lot Diagram
Tables and chairs have been ordered. Please feel free to bring along camping or folding chairs though, maybe camping tables. It’s better to have too many than not enough.
Honey Bucket ordering is on tomorrow’s to-do list.
Parking lot is sort of measured – tough to do with a standard tape measure in your jammies. Figuring out where to put 5-6 VW buses and their awnings, a 20’x10′ carport, a possible 14′ shade dome, a couple 10’x10′ popups and save space for dancing and hooping and mingling is going to be a bit of a challenge. But that’s OK. Trying to optimize fun space!
Still thinking about how to handle dishes. Rent silverware? Buy it at City Liquidators? or through several thrift stores? I’m pretty sure plates and bowls are going to be paper so they will decompose vs. having stacks of dishes to wash. Hmmm.
