If you’re flying in, just show up! If you’re local, we would love to share a tasty array of vittles.
We’ve created signup sheets for several food and drink categories – including BACON! – as well as a list of to-do items to help set up for the party, day-of assistance and clean up duties for anyone interested in giving us a hand with that. Do not feel obligated to sign up for any of it. We’d just love to see you.

Let us know what you’d like to bring, how many people you think it will serve and about what time you’ll be arriving. We can adapt the signup sheet as we go to make sure we have plenty of treats throughout the day.
Please bring your lusciousness pre-made in a container/dish/pot/pan/tray/bucket labeled with your contact information just in case it gets left behind. Serving utensils would be greatly appreciated! We’ll have power cords and power strips set up if you’d like to bring crockpots. There will be little to no kitchen access for food preparation so think simple & yummy.

We’ll have a keg or two of beer on hand as well as makings for a couple vodka and gin based cocktails and a little Prosecco for toasting. However, if you’d like to bring lemonade or iced tea or soda or your favorite wine or spirit to share, please sign up! Thanks!

Do you like herding cats? We’d love any help with set up whether it’s setting up pop-ups for shelter, giving us a hand with picking up/moving tables and chairs, getting the bar ready, running power cords, hanging lights or decorating. 🙂
